PRAY

i had to call 911 at 4 AM. thomas could not breathe well. hospice could not get oxygen to him for 6 hours so we went to the hospital. he is home now and resting comfortably. will probably have to continue to use oxygen as the tumors in lung produce fluid and he is not able to expectorate the fluid. the ER doctor said thomas is very, very ill. we know, but hearing it is hard. Jesus has comforted thomas on this cancer journey every footprint along the way. we know they are HIS footprints in the sand and not ours.

please do not be discouraged. thomas is not afraid. his faith is built on the promises of God through Jesus Christ His Son.

Nathan and Tia struggle with the thought of losing their father in this life, yet they know where he is going.

  1. Patty, Nathan & Tia, I know how hard it is to witness your husband/father slipping away. He will always be the strongest man in your lives. As tough as it is, I always felt it was a gift to be able to not miss a minute of this precious time. You are a beautiful, strong family and I am praying for his spirit as much as each of yours. You are ALL loved very much.

  3. Tom,
Our conversations in the past have always lifted my spirits. During this time as your family enjoy their time with you know that we love you. You are so strong in your faith. Your faith is your legacy that you are leaving to your children, grandchildren and friends. Dear friend I love you and you will always be in my heart and in our prayers!
